Sunday November 13th thru Thursday 17th
The delegation will leave SFO November 13, 2022 and return November 17, 2022. (Alternate departure cities on a case-by-case basis).
The cost of the trip is considered a package deal which includes, airfare, visa, hotel, transport to/from airport, and to/from exhibition hall. One dinner and daily breakfast is included.
A minimum $1500 deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance of $1600 is due October 10, 2022.

Due to the need for expedited travel plans, cancellations and alterations to your travel will result in program service fees.Prior to making payments, please understand that due to strict contractual obligations, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason including but not limited to: personal reasons, illness, pandemics, weather, deployment or Acts of God.
Cancellations occurring 59-30 prior to departure will result in a 40% program service fee
Cancellations occurring 29-15 days prior to departure will result in a 50% program service fee
Cancellations occurring 14-7 days prior to departure will result in a 75% program service fee
Cancellations occurring 6 - 0 days prior to departure will result in a 100% program service fee
Any revisions to airline flights will result in a $50 per transaction fee above and beyond any cancellation fees above and in addition to fees assessed by the airline carrier (American Airlines). Any airline flight name changes will result in a $150 fee in addition to airline penalties. Name changes are not allowed within 14 days of departure and regular cancellation fees as noted above will apply.
You may opt to purchase separate travel insurance which would offer coverage for things such as trip delay, illness & lost baggage. Please ask about policies and pricing.

Important note: As of October 1, 2021, you will need a REAL ID, passport or passport card in order to fly domestically. A passport is required for international travel.
